Football is a game that most children have grown up either watching or playing. A coach is the one who nurtures the aspirant by teaching them the necessary skills required to play the game and also imparts the right technique of mastering the game.   • Patience – All coaches should have high patience levels as they often have little children and teenagers training under them. Not everyone would have the ability to grasp what a coach teaches and often takes time to understand the technicalities behind it. The coach should be some who is patient and tolerant with everyone’s skills of grasping and accordingly allowing them to learn the game well.
  • Ability to motivate – There are times when a child cannot by all means understand the game and often gives up on it. The coach should be someone who motivates them to stand back on their feet and thus allowing them to understand the game well all over again and not lose hope.
  • Imparting sportsmanship – Being a sportsman is not an easy task. It involves the will to not give up not matter what and work in unison with the team. This is something that comes along with imparting the skills of playing the game. It makes the child strong as a person and allows him or her to apply the same in other walks of life.
